I haven't had time for too much crafting, but I managed to do a little this summer. I bought some brass candlesticks at the thrift store months ago but wasn't sure what I was going to do with them. The other day I was browsing around Pottery Barn and saw topiaries very similar to these. I painted the candlesticks cream and distressed them a little. Then I found the tops at JoAnn's. They were a little pricey so I used coupons. Total project was around $12.
I made two!
This will be my fall wreath. I'm really loving sunflowers right now. I just wrapped a straw wreath with burlap. The burlap came in a roll so it was super easy.
