My all time favorite Christmas treat is FUDGE!!! I love it. Last year I ate too much of it. So this year I was going to be good and not eat it at all. Until last night when I was watching my favorite channel (the Food Network) and Paula Deen (LOVE her) had a guest on her show and they were making SWEET DREAMS CHOCOLATE FUDGE CANDY. It looked so gooooood that I just had to make some. So will someone please hurry over to my house and take this fudge out of my hands!!! My jeans thank you! Anyway, the best part of this story is the way Paula's guest (sorry I didn't catch his name, but he is a famous candy maker in NYC) made this fudge. The story is about a little girl who has a bitter dream and there is only one cure for bitter dreams. In a large pot on the stove add...
7oz of puffy clouds (Marshmallow cream)
2/3 C of snow mountain milk (Evaporated milk)
1 1/2 C of princess diamonds (Sugar)
1/4 tsp of the lost sea salt (Salt)
1/4 C butter (just butter)
Stir until melted and thick. Then add...
3 C milky way chocolate (Milk chocolate chips or bar chopped)
1 tsp of secret island vanilla (Vanilla)
optional...
1/2 C of nuts from the hidden forest (Walnuts or nuts of your choice)
Stir 5 minutes
Transfer to 8x8 pan lined with aluminum foil
place in the north pole (Fridge) for 2 hours. Enjoy!

It does look delish. The Wii game is so fun. I've been bowling, playing tennis, and baseball. My shoulder hurts from all the pitching. I need some advil and a heating pad! That is the cutest little idea to name the ingredients like that. Colten would love it. He loves to help in the kitchen. And I LOVE fudge too!! I have refrained from making it and have only had the pleasure of getting 2 pieces at an enrichment activity... Maybe I should hurry and make some before my dieting rolls around:)
